He took our favorite gin and put it for three months in ex-sherry casks, where before he matured the famous Tio Pepe wine, thus acquiring special characteristics. Only 5000 bottles will be released every year from this special label.

The juniper will dominate the aromas of The London Gin Νο1 Sherry Cask, accompanied by notes of herbs and wood. In taste, juniper and alcohol will prevail, with strong notes of wood, spices and herbs to accompany them, leading us to a long and intense aftertaste, with juniper dominating again and strong notes of spices often appearing, leaving us a spicy sensation and occupy our palate for quite long.
