This label was introduced to us in 2004 and will mature for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry barrels, before bottling and reaching our hands with its special features. Its soft, golden color will enchant us, while aromas of white fruits and flowers will immediately stand out at Tomatin 12 Year Old, accompanied by notes of spices, vanilla and sherry.

In taste, pear, apple and dried fruits will prevail, with notes of spices and wood to accompany them, leading us to a long, dry aftertaste, with apple, citrus and sweet spices occupying our palate for a while.
