For the production of Tselepos Amalia Vintage 2018, the juice of the carefully selected grapes will be fermented at a low temperature, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle, always under controlled conditions. The wine will mature there for about 2 years together with its wine lees. At the end will follow the addition of liqueur, as in the traditional method of Champagne. This liqueur gives the wine its identity and is the secret weapon of every winemaker.

Tselepos Amalia Vintage 2018 is a complex sparkling wine, with a strong cord of persistent bubbles. Aromas of citrus peels and lilac, with hints of honey, dominate in aroma and taste and result in a balanced and long aftertaste. It is a premium sparkling wine, which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or in combination with foods such as shellfish, mature cheeses and caviar.
