After the necessary procedures that the grapes will go through, they will be put in new oak barrels for a period of 15 months, so that they ripen. Deep red color, rich and sophisticated aromas of vanilla, coffee, roasted forest fruits and spices, are the ones that we will find immediately in Tselepos Avlotopi Red Dry.

Full mouth, which in combination with rich tannic structure and high acidity, perfectly complements the concentration of aromas. If you are patient it can age for another 10 to 12 years in the right conditions and is an ideal combination with foods such as goat, smoked and aged cheeses, meats with wine sauces and bitter chocolate cakes.
