Anise, dill and wormwood are the main ingredients and those that prevail in the aroma of Tunel Absenta Blue 80%. In taste the anise will prevail, with notes of raspberry and red fruit to accompany it, leading us to an aftertaste where the anise dominates again and occupies our palate for a while. Suitable for various cocktails, although we prefer for all absents the classic Czech way, which we consider the most ideal to enjoy an Absent.
