Arione UMI Sushi White Wine 0.75L

    Producer: Arione
When Piedmont meets Japan, the best result is Sushi Umi wine. It has a nice straw yellow color and is characterized by the delicate aroma of fresh flowers and peach. The soft and harmonious taste with a fresh and fruity aftertaste is ideal for moments of enjoyment. This is a wine created to accompany traditional Japanese dishes such as classic sushi and sashimi but it is also ideal for Mediterranean fish dishes such as fish soups, fine white fish accompanied by boiled or fresh vegetables. Excellent for light meals based on salads, pasta and risotto, aperitifs with sandwiches and pizza.

Four generations of producers who, for more than seventy years, have been working for excellence, passing down from father to son, the cultivation techniques and the art of Piedmont winemaking. It is a family business, since 1870, where values and goals are shared year after year. Reliability, quality, respect for nature and innovation are the guiding principles of the winery. The founder was Luigi Arione, who in the early 1900s created the wine business that today, in its fourth generation, still bears his name.

Arione boasts a century of wines and considerable recognition, both in Italy and abroad. Production takes place in the two historic wineries owned by the Arione family. The first is located in Canelli, a small municipality of Monferrato in the province of Asti while the Castiglione Tinella winery is located in the hills of Castiglione Tinella, a small municipality in the province of Cuneo, between the Langhe and Monferrato of Asti.
