It is a structured, harmonious, complex and pleasant wine with a delicate taste. Excellent with delicate fish, shellfish and cheese. Pair it with Asian cuisine, rice noodles with shrimp and vegetables, sweet and sour pork, vegetable dishes and ravioli with herbs and parmesan.
