It is slightly aromatic in the mouth with a finish of vanilla and cocoa offering a juicy, smooth and full of ripe tannins on the palate. Ideal wine to combine with all kinds of meat dishes such as grilled veal steaks but also lamb or goat meat in the oven. Enjoy it with aged cheese, pasta with red sauces and pepperoni pizza.
