In the Salento region of Puglia, Cosimo and Maria Teresa Varvaglione together with their three children breathed new life into a winery with four generations of experience and tradition and the support of dynamic and motivated partners. The philosophy of Varvaglione 1921 revolves around the combination of tradition and technology and aims for excellence, taking the best of the land and turning it into quality wine.

The variety of indigenous grape varieties is the starting point. Knowing how to make the right choice at the right time is the value of the experienced winemaker. A fundamental role is played by the winemaker, Cosimo Varvaglione, who in Varvaglione 1921 is the owner and main point of reference, and has communicated his vision of the world and wine through his family and respect for the land.
