Vourvoukeli Mavroudi Red Dry is created through the micro-oxygenation process, which takes place during the maturation phase in oak barrels and results in a wine with soft aromas of red fruits and notes of vanilla. Purple in color, with aromas such as cherry, strawberry and aromatic herbs. Dry, with good structure, mouth, good acidity, with rich integrated tannins. Intense and long-lasting finish.

The Mavroudi variety, from which Vourvoukeli Mavroudi Red Dry is created, is among the oldest Greek varieties. Its name is associated with the characteristic feature of the grapes, i.e. the dark black color of the cracks. It is a special variety, which under proper vinification conditions, displays rich aromas and at the same time a strong tannic character.
