It is characterized as unlimited, like the love for the manual work of its winemakers. It is a wine grown at the "Pruh" site, an old quarry in the Ciringa vineyard, and has spent 50 months on lees. Herbal-spicy and metallic with an undeniable character. The vineyard is characterized by coral limestone soil which results in a perfect terroir for expressive, mineral and pure Sauvignon Blancs.

Tement is a family winery where the love for wine and dedication to absolute quality is the guide. This is a guideline that is followed to this day by Armin and his brother Stefan Tement. Wine production means for the family, understanding how to deal with nature and its peculiarities combined with all modesty. Keeping the vineyards and the soil in balance is their main concern.

Barren soils, bare rocks and a slope that makes you feel modest and humble, extreme conditions under which only wine can survive. The designation "Grobe STK Ried", "Erste STK Ried" and "STK Rieden" is not only an expression of unique wines, but an expression of special quality.
