The solely organically cultivated, vineyard surrounds our Winery in Trilofos where all the three varieties (Syrah, Agiorgitiko and Xinomavro) are planted in a same Vineyard and are harvested and fermented together. In order to create a light yet aromatic well-structured “Nouveau- style” Red Wine, the grapes were kept only a short time in the red wine mash tank, just enough to extract the color, lighter aromas and light tannins from the berry. The Wine has a ruby red color. Forest berries, Raspberry and prunes are the first aroma notes that can be distinguished which last until the finish. They are accompanied by light notes of orange peel, biscuit, rounded off by hints of vanilla and dark chocolate which linger on the palate. Despite of its rather large aroma bouquet it is a very harmonic fresh dry red wine. Food Pairing: BBQ, Fish and Meat Poultry!

The family-run, boutique winery is located in Northern Greece, in the well-known wine producing region of Epanomi. Domaine Florian is the result of a long family tradition in viticulture and winemaking.Their aim has always been to produce authentic wines with their own character,to boast and showcase all the strengths of each vintagediverse variety of grapes. For the red wines and barriques, they constructed an underground cellar with a natural clay floor covered with marble split to provide perfect humidity and constant temperatures for the oak barrels. The stabilization and finishing of the wine is done naturally media and minimal use of sulfates. Fermentation is considered complete when stop of course. They do not use enzymes, shavings, concentrated juices grape or any other means of artificial flavor additives. The filteringof the wines is kept to a minimum to preserve the richness and spectrum of all flavors in every bottle.
