Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry is created from 95% Muscat of Alexandria and 5% Limnio. Wonderful aromas of red fruits, strawberry, quince, dried flowers and an umami character with the characteristic aromas of salmon fillet and soy sauce. Accentuated acidity, light tannins, restrained alcohol, full volume and long aftertaste. A culinary wine that intrigues with its simultaneously fruity and salty character. Garalis Terra Roza Rose Dry works perfectly with octopus, cuttlefish and grilled squid, while it will be a dream match with lobster and shrimp spaghetti. The umami character of the wine also creates taste bridges with dishes such as spaghetti with smoked salmon and capers in a vodka sauce, while for lovers of quality charcuterie the wine will stand out and be perfectly highlighted by a thinly sliced prosciutto with its salty character.

The Garalis Family was first a viticulturalist and then a winemaker. The families of origin of both Manolis Garalis and that of his wife, Maria Markakis cultivated the land and the vineyard of Lemnos for over a century. In the center of the largest viticultural zone of the island of Lemnos is the privately owned winery which has been operating since 2007. In the rural area of Kourouni of Agios Dimitrios Lemnos, the winery Garali is located, where they make and bottle with great dedication and passion excellent quality wines from organic grapes.
