Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry 2021 0,75L

    Producer: Garalis
Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry is created 100% by Muscat of Alexandria. Aromas of quince, lemon zest, dough, yeast, porcini mushroom and some herbs. In the mouth, the balanced, discreet acidity with the restrained alcohol, the full body, the dense structure and the long aftertaste are elements of balance and expressiveness. An earthy and oily wine, full of richness and character. Garalis Terra Ambera White Dry, with its exuberant character, is an ideal accompaniment to oily, pelagic fish. Recipes such as baked fagri with onions and baby potatoes or grilled tuna fillet in orange sauce will pair nicely with the wine. Also ideal for vegetarian delights such as a Mediterranean vegetable tart or a ripe gruyere with sweet and sour citrus chutney.

The Garalis Family was first a viticulturalist and then a winemaker. The families of origin of both Manolis Garalis and that of his wife, Maria Markakis cultivated the land and the vineyard of Lemnos for over a century. In the center of the largest viticultural zone of the island of Lemnos is the privately owned winery which has been operating since 2007. In the rural area "Kourouni" of Agios Dimitrios Lemnos, the "Garali" winery is located, where they make and bottle wine with great dedication and passion wines of excellent quality from organic grapes. Mild interventions but also conventional wines, white and orange wines with extensive skin contact, rose and red wines, as well as two versions of retinite wine of high claims give the mark of the present, while at the same time signaling the future.
